Delete your Prism Wings account
Prism Wings is run by the Prism Wings team. Here is how to delete your account and the data that goes with it.
Delete from inside the app
- Open Prism Wings.
- Go to Settings.
- Choose account deletion and confirm.
This permanently removes your account and everything stored on our servers, including any Apple or Google sign-in you linked. It also wipes the save on this device: your collection, decks, progress and currencies. The app starts again from the very beginning. It can't be undone, and we have no copy to restore.
Request deletion without the app
No app or no device? Email hello@prismwings.com with the subject "Delete my Prism Wings account". Send it from the Apple or Google address linked to the account, or tell us enough to find it (your display name and roughly when you played). We delete it within 30 days and email you when it's done.
What is deleted
Deleting the account permanently removes the server data tied to it: your save and its 14-day history, card collection, decks, progression, in-game currencies, display name and public profile, meet records, reward claims, reports and trade history. Leftover copies in encrypted backups expire on our provider's schedule, typically within weeks.
What may be kept
We may keep the minimum needed to honour legal obligations or resolve an open dispute, and moderation records where safety requires it. Nothing is kept for marketing; the game contains no advertising or third-party analytics.
Just want to unlink this phone?
In Settings, choose Unlink this device. Your collection stays on the phone and stops backing up to your account. The next time you open the app, the phone starts a fresh backup of its own. Your account stays on our servers until you delete it.
