Delete your Prism Wings account

Prism Wings is operated by the Prism Wings team. This page explains how to delete your account and the data that goes with it.

Delete from inside the app

1. Open Prism Wings.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Choose account deletion and confirm.

This permanently removes your account and everything stored on our servers, including any Apple or Google sign-in you linked, and it also wipes the save on this device: your collection, decks, progress and currencies. The app restarts from the very beginning. It cannot be undone, and there is no copy we can restore afterwards.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app or the device, email hello@prismwings.com with the subject "Delete my Prism Wings account". Send it from the Apple or Google address linked to the account if you linked one, or include enough detail for us to find the account (for example your display name and roughly when you played). We action deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm when it is done.

What is deleted

Deleting the account permanently removes the server data tied to it: your save and card collection, decks, progression, in-game currencies, display name and public profile, reward claims, reports and trade history. Residual copies in encrypted backups expire on our provider's rotation schedule, typically within weeks.

What may be kept

We may keep the minimum needed to honour legal obligations or resolve an open dispute, and moderation records where safety requires it. Nothing is kept for marketing; the game contains no advertising or third-party analytics.

Just want to stop syncing?

You don't have to delete anything to stop using the cloud: in Settings, unlink your account. Your local save stays on your device, the game keeps working, and nothing more is sent to our servers.
